hello, it’s me again… lol.
I looked through the docs and it’s entirely my search-fu is absolutely failing, buuut I cannot find an answer there. Is there a way to access multiple servers from one console? e.g. an internal server and an edge server (so, non-clustered). I suppose spinning up a second console isn’t the end of the world (especially with how damn useful this all is!) but eh, curiosity and convenience.
Ha, welcome back. Your search-fu is fine, the docs don’t cover it because it isn’t there: one console talks to one server. It reads a single server address at startup and there’s no switcher.
A second console is the way to do it, and it’s cheap. It’s just static files and keeps no state. Run two containers, each with its own API_BASE_URL, on separate hostnames or ports (say console-internal and console-edge). Then set each server’s INBUXA_ADMIN_URL to its own console’s address so sign-in redirects to the right place.
Setup is here: 2. The console — inbuxa docs
Glad it’s been useful!
